    RETURN ELIGIBILITY

    - you must submit a return claim within 7 days from the date of delivery

    - item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels still attached

    - the item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

    - the item must be free of makeup marks, excessive hair, smoke odor, or other signs of wear

    RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE STANDARDS MAY BE DENIED

    RETURN PROCESS

    - please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason of return

    RETURN SHIPPING

    - you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item

    - we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item

    - please securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit

    REFUND METHOD

    - refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for PINIT CO

    - the store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) once I have received the returned items

    THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COST

    - the store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase - please allow up to 7 business days for the store credit to be processed and sent to your email

    RESTOCKING FEE

    - all returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee

    THIS IS TO COVER HANDLING AND PROCESSING COSTS

    STORE CREDIT ONLY

    - we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method

    - store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from the date it is issued to your email

    DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

    - if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us ASAP

    - we will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions based on the specific situation

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

    SHOP PINIT CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, OR MARKED DELIVERED ITEMS.

    LOST - if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at pinitcocontact@gmail.com to initiate a claim and we will do what we can on our end to attempt to locate your package.

    WRONG ADDRESS - please be sure to double check and accurately input your shipping address during checkout. once an order has been shipped, any additional shipping charges due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. in an event where your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. please note that additional shipping charges will apply.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER THE SHIPPING CARRIER CONFIRMS DELIVERY. IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED YET YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER DIRECTLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE.

  • IS MY ORDER INSURED?

    yes — every order is automatically covered with $100 insurance through the postal carrier. if you would like to add additional insurance to your package, please email us before your order ships, and we’d be happy to assist.

  • ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    any changes or cancellations are not eligible for a refund— store credit only. please contact us immediately for any order changes and we will try to accommodate as best as we can.

  • HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

    please allow 3-5 businessdays after purchasing for your order to ship. once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package. we offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping.

    for local delivery - please allow 3-10 business days for your package to be delivered

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY OUR MAIL CARRIERS. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES IF THE CARRIERS DO NOT MEET THEIR GUARANTEED SHIPPING TIMES.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

    yes. just select ‘Canada standard shipping’ at checkout. please note that these orders DO NOT include tax or duty fees — any custom charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

    unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and they are NOT included at checkout. we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on what to expect.
